It’s a story, a textbook and a conversation in how the wounds from domestic violence can be healed. I couldn’t put the book down. I learned a lot about domestic violence. I’m inspired by the story. Even if domestic violence is not a part of your past or present, it’s worth reading. You never know when you’ll need to be a support to someone going through this. Also, it’s a great guide into the cycle of abuse and how to watch for signs that you are dating someone who uses abuse tactics. Great ending and worth $15.
